Dani's Birthday Party

Dear Amelia and Max -

Amelia, you had a birthday party for Dani's 2nd birthday last Saturday! It was a water party. You love it! Dani's mom, Erin has been a friend of mine since Junior High. We were best buds in High School. At Dani's party, I was reacquainted with another friend from High School that I actually became friends with in Kindergarten...I remember Mandy being one of my very first friends from school. Her daughter Teegan just turned 2 a few months ago. 

It was so fun seeing all 3 of you playing!

Oatmeal!

Dear Amelia and Max -

Since I am so tardy on your 4 month appointment (its tomorrow!) We decided to go ahead with the Oatmeal without talking to your pediatrician. I looked back at Amelia's oatmeal experience (another reason I love blogging - HISTORY!) and it was right around 4.5 months. 

So, last Sunday...Max, you had your first indulgence of oatmeal. It. Was. Messy!

Your sleeping pattern hasn't really changed...you are already a great sleeper. I think you look forward to something besides formula :)

I'll update with stats Wednesday from tomorrow's late 4 month appointment.

Meg + Ben 8/4/2012

Dear Amelia and Max -

It is one of the greatest love stories ever. They had crushes on each other since they were in elementary school. He finally asked her out at Billy and Pam's wedding; now they are NEWLYWEDS!!! 

Our day started off getting our hair and make up done with Aunty Pam at Blast! You looked like a princess!!

 Then it was time for the ceremony (as you can see, my curls did not hold!) It was PERFECT out. High 70's and the sun was shining!
Uncle Billy and I handed out programs. The ceremony was in Amy and Ross' front yard!

She-she picked you guys up at 5pm and took you back to Glamma and Cookies house for the evening. 

The rest of the evening was spent socializing and dancing in Mayer's back yard!! 

Blake and Jill were the only cousins not able to make it so I hard their faces printed out so they could enjoy the fun as well! 

 Congrats Meg & Ben!!!
