Wednesday already!?

Dear Amelia -

Its Wednesday already!! That means only 3 more days until Mr Stephens & Lydia come for their visit!

I got a new cover on my phone that looks like a mirror, you noticed it yesterday and wouldn't stop looking at yourself. It was pretty funny.

After dinner, I went to get my hair cut. I got a little over 3" cut off and it makes a huge difference. I am so use to having my hair long. I like the change tho!

Daddy and I switch days getting up with you. I love the days Daddy gets you ready, he always has your breakfast waiting for you when we come upstairs. Such a good Daddy!

Winona Weekend

Dear Amelia -

Friday was a nice night with our little family. We are starting a new 8pm bedtime in hopes you sleep thru the night a little better. You've been waking up at least once a night crying lately. Its seemed to help.

Saturday, Glamma picked us up at 11am. We headed down to Winona with a stop in Rochester to do a little shopping. We got down to Winona for some pre-game tailgatin! Awesome Uncle Aldo did awesome and so did you! We got back to the hotel to find a cute little kiddy pool. You were more interested in the big pool.

After some swimming, we went up to the room to celebrate Jeff's retirement with pizza! You stayed up extra late until 830. Mommy doesn't break the rules very often so it was a new experience for you!

We left Winona by 930am Sunday to be home at a decent time.

We were so happy to see Daddy by the time he got home from work!

1st Haircut!

Dear Amelia -

You got your first haircut yesterday! You needed it!!!

I was afraid you were going to cry throughout your haircut but you were such a good girl!!!

We also got you some new shoes! You love them. You've been doing extra laps around the house. You even screamed with excitement this morning when Daddy put them on!

Tonight we are just hanging out. Tomorrow, Glamma is picking us up at 1030am to head down to Winona for the day and night! Awesome Uncle Aldo has a special spring football game. We are spending the night in a hotel. Daddy is staying back because he has to work early Sunday morning! We will miss him!

Potty Chair!

Dear Amelia -

Sorry for the late post. We had a low key weekend! Went to Target Field for the first night game. It was cold but we had fun! Saturday, we got you a POTTY CHAIR! The doc said to introduce it. You sat on it for a bit but were not too interested!

Sunday, Daddy had to work so we hung out. You had a temp the night before of 103.6 so you were a crabby girl most of the day. Here is more proof of how much you love to dance!

Mommy and Daddy went to the dentist yesterday. For the first time ever, Daddy had no cavities and I had one. Boo. I hope you never have a cavity. Hopefully you get the Stephens' teeth!

Tomorrow is Wednesday already! YEAH!

Dancing Queen

Dear Amelia -

You LOVE to dance. I mean LOVE. Anytime you hear music, you get a huge smile on your face and immediately start dancin...

You were being a little shy in this video. Usually you rock out. I can't wait until you turn 2 so we can take Mommy and Me dance classes!

Its the weekend!! YIPPIE! Tonight, Daddy and Mommy are going to the first ever Twins night game with Sarah and Justin! YEAH!

Easter Pics

Dear Amelia -

We had such a low key Easter this year. It was kind of nice for a change. Usually we are running from house to house. First, you found your easter basket in the shape of a doggie that the Easter Bunny left for you. Then we went over to Grandma Kiki's for a little Easter celebration, we also celebrated Ana's 4th birthday.

You were SOOO tired on the way home...

We had to get up bright and early the next day so we went straight to bed.

Last night after our walk, you and Norman had fun looking out the window. So cute.

Flo Rida 2010

Dear Amelia -

You are the luckiest little girl in the world! We had such a great vaca! Monday morning we woke up bright and early to head to Florida! Our flight was empty so you were able to have your very own seat! Once we made it to Florida, we headed straight to the beach!

Then hung out for a bit...

Today was the first day of Target Field for the Twins! The opened with a big win!! YIPPIE!
